PERSONNEL POLICIES

We get many requests for sample Personnel Policies.  For townships, we recommend you start with the Ohio Township Personnel Management Sourcebook. The sourcebook includes a sample policies and procedures manual.

We also work with cities and villages!  Contact Andrew Dudas if you need some assistance.  Also, we collect samples of what others are doing. Follow this link, to see a copy of City of Monroe Employee Handbook (1996 Edition) as an Adobe Acrobat .pdf.
